  1. Some wounds heal with time. Provided those who claim to be healers do not remove the scabs everyday , just to get a name as a healer. And not let the beautiful resilient nature of the wounded heal her self.

  2. Sometimes you have to go when no one else will listen. Trauma changes the brain and PTSD does not go away on its own. If something isn’t fixed right away, left to linger, the effects of trauma are magnified. Then there is MDD, Schizo disorders, etc… eating disorders and other mental dysfunctions which derive from the culture and society. There is no shame to reach out. If we do not suicide becomes an answer. That in itself causes those still here second trauma. And the cycle continues… 💛🌻
